Purchasing Process Details

1. Submit request for estimates with Manufacture, item SKU #,detail description of product ( i.e Gabby-Cindy Coffee Table SKU# 17039). Include the location/address the items need to be delivered.  **We only deliver to receivers, unless drop ship is provided by the vendor** If you do not have a receiver we can find one for you.

 2. Once an estimate is approved, a deposit needs to be made, then the order is submitted. Items can not be returned.

 3. We Provide continuous  updates on estimated shipping times. 

 4. Once items are received, inspected, designers are informed that a delivery time can be set up by us or the designer. Then a final invoice is sent with shipping, receiving, and or delivery charges. 

5. If product arrives with damages we handle this process to be sure the product is fixed or returned.

Credit cards are not accepted. 

We accept bank transfers and checks. 

Once the items ship, a second invoice will be sent for shipping, receiving and delivery.
